The grip has been comprehensively redesigned with a new grip texture pattern and a larger textured surface area, ensuring a secure hold even under adverse conditions. The revised grip shape better follows the natural anatomy of the hand and is complemented by an extended beavertail backstrap, improving recoil control and shooter comfort. An undercut at the trigger guard allows for a higher grip, while the textured thumb rest for the support hand enhances stability during rapid fire. The updated profile of the front slide serrations improves manipulation, and the enlarged protective rim around the slide stop reduces the risk of unintentional activation while maintaining easy access.

A major innovation of the Gen6 is the new Optic Ready System, designed as a universal solution for mounting red dot sights. This system allows for a low-profile, direct slide mount, providing a solid and repeatable interface between the optic and the pistol. The result is a durable and stable setup without compromising the shooting position. The pistol is supplied with three mounting adapter plates, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of popular optics.

The trigger system has also been refined. A new flat-faced trigger shoe, combined with a reduced trigger reach, improves accessibility for shooters with smaller hands while preserving the consistent feel and safety of the original Safe Action design. Trigger pull weight remains balanced at approximately 2.25 kg, offering precise control and predictable performance.
