Bravo Company BCM® 300 BLK Recce 9 MCMR is a compact semi-automatic rifle based on the AR-15 platform and chambered for .300 AAC Blackout (7.62×35 mm). With its 9" barrel and overall length of approximately 25", it offers very compact dimensions while retaining the proven BCM construction and components manufactured to military specifications.
The upper receiver is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and features a hardcoat anodized finish according to MIL-A-8625F, Type III, Class 2. The Flat Top configuration incorporates M4 feed ramps and laser-engraved T-markings. The rifle uses a standard pistol-length gas system.
The BCM® bolt carrier group is machined from MIL-SPEC Carpenter No. 158® steel and undergoes HPT/MPI (High Pressure Test / Magnetic Particle Inspection). The bolt is shot peened and equipped with a tool-steel extractor with a BCM® extractor spring and black extractor insert. The carrier features a chrome-lined finish and Full Auto Profile. The gas key is chrome lined, hardened to USGI specifications, and secured with Grade 8 fasteners staked according to MIL-SPEC.
The lower receiver is also machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and features a hardcoat anodized finish according to MIL-A-8625F, Type III, Class 2. It incorporates a Low Shelf configuration for RDIAS installation and a Low Shelf for Accuwedge use. The fire controls are marked SAFE and SEMI. The receiver is fitted with a staked M4 lock nut and a USGI H Buffer containing one USGI tungsten weight and two steel weights.
The 9" (229 mm) barrel features a BCM® Enhanced Profile with a 1:7 twist rate and an M4 feed ramp barrel extension. It is manufactured from independently certified MIL-SPEC 11595E barrel steel and has a manganese phosphate finish over its entire length. The barrel undergoes HPT/MPI (High Pressure Test / Magnetic Particle Inspection) in accordance with MIL-SPEC.
The rifle has an approximate weight of 4.9 lb (2.2 kg) and an overall length of approximately 25" (635 mm). The complete BCM® package includes one 30-rounds magazine, where permitted, a cable lock, USGI manual, and the appropriate F.E.T. documentation.
