The CZ DRAKE is an over-and-under shotgun designed to deliver an outstanding balance of value, workmanship, and practical versatility for both sporting and hunting applications. The platform is manufactured using modern CNC machining processes that ensure precise component fitment and consistent mechanical tolerances. Chambered in 12/76, the shotgun combines a traditional over-and-under configuration with low weight, straightforward handling, and dependable operation.
The shotgun features 710 mm (28") barrels and is supplied with a set of five interchangeable choke tubes, allowing the shooter to tailor shot patterns for various shooting disciplines and hunting scenarios. The design utilizes extractors and a single selective trigger mechanism with barrel firing order selection, contributing to intuitive operation and smooth transitions between shots. Trigger pull weight is approximately 19 N for the first shot and 17.5 N for the second shot.
The relatively low weight of approximately 3.3 kg is achieved in part through the absence of a solid top rib between the barrels, which also contributes to lively balance and faster target transitions. The Turkish walnut stock features a lacquered finish and laser-cut checkering on the grip surfaces, improving handling security and reducing the likelihood of hand slippage during operation. The 355 mm length of pull supports a natural and stable shoulder mount. Overall length measures 1160 mm.
