700 SPS Varmint LH, .223Rem

Remington 700 SPS Varmint LH 26" .223 Rem is a bolt-action rifle designed for left-handed shooters and based on the proven Remington 700 platform. It features a substantial 26" (65 cm) Varmint Heavy barrel with a 1:12 twist rate. The heavy, slightly tapered barrel heats up more slowly during shooting, helping maintain accuracy even when firing a larger number of rounds in quick succession. Overall length is 118 cm and unloaded weight is 3.85 kg.

The receiver is prepared with threaded holes for mounting a scope rail, while the rifle is supplied without sights. An externally adjustable X-Mark Pro Adjustable trigger provides a trigger pull adjustable from 1.3 to 2.25 kg (13–22.5 N / 3–5 lb). The internal magazine has a capacity of 5 rounds in .223 Rem.

The polymer stock features soft rubber inserts on the pistol grip and forend for a secure grip. The stock is fitted with a soft SuperCell rubber recoil pad. There are three sling attachment points, two on the forend and one on the stock, with one of the forend attachments also designed for mounting a bipod. The LH configuration is designed for left-handed shooters, with a left-handed stock profile and the bolt handle positioned on the left side of the receiver.
