Glock 17 Gen6 A-CUT with Aimpoint COA (3.5MOA), 9 mm Luger

The Glock G17 Gen6 A-CUT with Aimpoint COA (3.5 MOA) is the full-size version of the new-generation Glock 17, combining the redesigned Gen6 ergonomics with direct mounting of the Aimpoint COA optic through the A-CUT™ system. It retains the proven Glock design with an emphasis on reliability, simple operation, and accuracy, while the low-mounted optic provides fast target acquisition and a stable sight picture.

The key feature of this configuration is the Aimpoint COA with a 3.5 MOA dot, mounted directly into the slide using the Aimpoint A-CUT™ interface. The mounting interface is machined directly into the slide and allows the optic to be installed without an adapter or mounting plate. The front of the optic is secured into the slide, while the rear is firmly retained by two screws positioned through the rear sight area. This allows the optic to sit exceptionally low while retaining standard-height mechanical sights, eliminating the need for raised Optic Ready or Suppressor Ready sights. The optic battery can also be replaced without removing the optic from the slide.

The pistol utilizes the Safe Action® System, consisting of three automatic passive safeties that disengage sequentially as the trigger is pulled and automatically re-engage when the trigger is released. The new generation features a flat-faced trigger with a refined trigger action and reduced trigger distance, supporting consistent and comfortable operation. The slide features new angled and deeper serrations, providing a more secure grip during manipulation, while the new nDLC finish increases resistance to corrosion and wear.

The GLOCK Marksman Barrel (GMB) has a length of 4.5" (114 mm) and uses a modified rifling profile designed to contribute to improved accuracy. The barrel also features the durable nDLC finish. The Gen6 frame incorporates significantly redesigned ergonomics, including the RTF6 grip texture, which combines two texture patterns and extends higher onto the frame and into the thumb support area. The extended palm grip contour follows the natural shape of the hand, while the enlarged beavertail allows for a higher and more comfortable grip. Interchangeable backstraps allow the grip circumference to be individually adjusted.

Controls include an ambidextrous slide stop lever with an enlarged surrounding border to reduce the possibility of unintentional activation, along with an ambidextrously reversible magazine catch that can be positioned on either side of the frame. A mounting rail is located in front of the trigger guard for attaching a tactical light or laser module. The overall design retains the characteristic simplicity of the Glock platform and is engineered for reliable operation across a wide range of conditions.

Standard magazine capacity is 17 rounds. The pistol has an overall length of 202 mm, a height of 159 mm, a width of 34.4 mm, and a barrel length of 114 mm. Weight is 641 g without magazine and 720 g with an empty magazine.
