HK45C Tactical V1

The HK45C Tactical V1 is a compact tactical semi‑automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP, designed for professional, tactical and civilian use with suppressor compatibility. It is based on the HK45C platform and enhanced with a threaded barrel, tactical sights and dedicated features for specialized applications.

The pistol operates on a short‑recoil system with a modified Browning locking system and features a single‑action/double‑action trigger with a combined manual safety and decocking lever in Variant 1 configuration. Operational safety is ensured by integrated hammer and firing pin safeties. Ammunition is fed from a double‑stack magazine with a 10‑round capacity, with compatibility for shorter HK45C magazines.

The barrel length is approximately 116 mm (4.57") and is fitted with a 16×1 LH threaded muzzle, allowing the attachment of suppressors or other muzzle devices. The barrel is manufactured from cold hammer‑forged, hard chrome‑plated special steel and features a polygonal bore with six grooves and a right‑hand twist. An O‑ring at the muzzle minimizes barrel play and contributes to consistent accuracy.

The patented Heckler & Koch recoil reduction system reduces felt recoil energy by up to 30 %, significantly improving controllability when firing .45 ACP ammunition. The high‑strength polymer grip incorporates an interchangeable backstrap, an M1911‑style grip angle and an aggressive texture for secure handling in all conditions.

All controls are fully ambidextrous, making the pistol suitable for both right‑ and left‑handed shooters. Slide serrations provide a secure grip during cocking, even with gloves or wet hands. The frame includes a MIL‑STD‑1913 Picatinny rail for mounting tactical accessories.

The pistol is equipped with tactical, suppressor‑compatible sights, enabling fast and precise target acquisition under adverse lighting conditions. Overall length is approximately 200 mm, width 39 mm and height about 140 mm, with a sight radius of around 153 mm. The unloaded weight of the pistol is approximately 820 g, while the empty magazine weighs about 100 g. The pistol can be field‑stripped into its main components without tools.
