The Heckler & Koch SP5K-P is a compact semi-automatic pistol / PCC platform derived from the legendary MP5 series, designed to deliver maximum reliability, precision and controllability in a highly compact form. It utilizes the proven roller-delayed blowback system, ensuring smooth operation, reduced recoil impulse and long service life even under demanding conditions.
The firearm is chambered in 9 × 19 mm and operates in semi-automatic mode. The trigger pull ranges between 30–45 N, reflecting its duty-grade characteristics. Feeding is provided by magazines with capacities of 10, 15 or 30 rounds, fully compatible with the MP5 platform.
The 115 mm (4.5") barrel is manufactured from cold hammer-forged steel and features a traditional rifled bore with 6 grooves and a right-hand twist, ensuring durability and consistent ballistic performance. Muzzle velocity reaches approximately 315 m/s, with a muzzle energy of about 395 J. The barrel is equipped with a tri-lug interface, allowing quick attachment of compatible suppressors.
The overall length of the firearm is 354 mm, width 61 mm, height 220 mm, with a 260 mm sight radius. The unloaded weight is approximately 1.98 kg, contributing to excellent stability during firing.
The SP5K-P variant is supplied with a folding stock, significantly improving weapon control while maintaining compact dimensions for transport. Ergonomics follow the MP5 platform, including the characteristic handguard and control layout.
