The full-size pistol model Rock Island Armory M 1911 A1 is built in a traditional classic design under highest manufacturing and engineering standards. It has caliber .45 ACP with a 5" serrated barrel that is supported by a full-length guide rod. The smooth, no-snag style allows for quick draws in both critical and unexpected situations. It features a low-profile, angled rear sight along with a skeletonized hammer, an adjustable trigger, and the standard Rock series both-sided safety lock. The finish is an anti-corosion durable parkerized matte finish, and comes with checkered rubber grips. True to all Rock Island 1911s, it comes with a sharp factory trigger pull of 4 to 6 pounds, making it a great experience right out of the box.
