Mark IV Tactical

The Ruger Mark IV Tactical is a semi-automatic pistol chambered in .22 LR designed for tactical training, precision shooting, and easy accessory mounting. It features a steel frame and slide with a matte black finish and a 4.4″ cold hammer-forged barrel with a factory 1/2-28" thread for suppressors or compensators. The barrel is smooth (non-fluted).

The pistol incorporates Ruger’s simple one-button takedown system for quick, tool-free disassembly. It is equipped with a fixed front sight and a fully adjustable rear sight. The receiver has a top Picatinny rail for optics mounting and an additional rail under the barrel for accessories such as lights or lasers. The polymer 22/45 grip is ergonomically designed with the classic 1911 angle and feel. Safety features include an ambidextrous manual safety and an easily accessible magazine release. The package includes two 10-round magazines.

The biggest advantage of the Mark IV series over the previous Mark II and III series is the new, simpler system for disassembling the weapon. The weapon can now be easily disassembled by pressing a single button. The lower and upper parts of the weapon are connected by a pin and when disassembling, the upper part is folded up. This eliminates the complex and lengthy disassembly process of the Mark II and III series.
