The SIG SAUER P322 is a modern semi-automatic pistol chambered in .22 LR, designed for high-capacity performance, user comfort, and multi-purpose use—ideal for training, target shooting, and recreational plinking. With a standard magazine capacity of 20+1 rounds, the P322 redefines the rimfire pistol category without requiring extended magazines.
The pistol features a 4" (101.6 mm) carbon steel barrel equipped with a removable threaded adapter, making it suppressor-ready straight out of the box. Its fixed-blowback action provides excellent reliability and simple maintenance.
The slide is optics-ready, allowing direct mounting of micro red-dot optics after removing the rear sight—no adapter plates needed. The standard sights are fiber-optic with a green front and red rear, offering quick target acquisition and a bright sight picture. The single-action-only (SAO) trigger system comes with interchangeable flat and curved trigger shoes, both included for a personalized fit.
The P322 includes fully ambidextrous controls: the manual safety and slide catch are mirrored on both sides, and the magazine release is reversible. Safety features also include an internal firing pin block and an enclosed slide design that helps keep dirt and debris out of the action.
The overall dimensions are approximately 178 mm in length, 140 mm in height, and 36 mm in width, with a weight of about 484 grams unloaded. The textured polymer frame offers a secure grip, and the lightweight design makes it suitable for a wide range of shooters, including youth and beginners.
