The SIG SAUER P320 MAX is a premium 9mm Luger competition pistol, purpose-built for elite-level shooting in the Carry Optics division. Developed in close collaboration with world-renowned professional shooter Max Michel, this model reflects his extensive competition experience and exacting performance requirements. The P320 MAX represents the pinnacle of the P320 platform, combining speed, control, and consistency at the highest competitive level.
At the core of the pistol is the TXG Full-Size XGRIP Module, a tungsten-infused heavy grip module designed to significantly increase overall mass, thereby reducing recoil and muzzle rise. The grip module is paired with a skeletonized flat trigger, delivering a clean break, consistent pull, and fast reset. The pistol operates on a striker-fired system, tuned specifically for competitive performance.
The Custom Works slide has been completely redesigned and features the official Max Michel logo along with aggressive wrap-around serrations on the sides and top for optimal manipulation. Finished in durable Nitron®, the stainless steel slide houses a factory-installed ROMEO3 MAX 6 MOA red dot optic, mounted directly to the slide for maximum reliability and zero retention.
A 5-inch (127 mm) match-grade bull barrel made from carbon steel forms the heart of the shooting system. It is paired with a solid one-piece stainless steel guide rod compatible with 1911-style recoil springs, and the pistol includes both 14 lb and 12 lb recoil springs, allowing shooters to fine-tune the pistol for their ammunition and shooting style. The overall length measures 216 mm, width 41 mm, and height 173 mm.
The P320 MAX ships with four 21-round steel magazines, ensuring full readiness for competition use straight out of the box. With an unloaded weight of 1,233 g, the pistol offers exceptional stability and recoil management. A standard Picatinny M1913 accessory rail is integrated for additional equipment if required.
