The SIG SAUER P365-XL ROSE ROMEO-RS COMP was developed as part of the ROSE program, created to encourage and support women in personal safety, firearms education, and responsible firearm ownership. Based on the proven P365-XL platform, this special edition combines compact concealed-carry dimensions with features focused on improved controllability, intuitive handling, and modern optic-equipped performance. Chambered in 9mm Luger, the pistol utilizes a striker-fired operating system with the X Straight Trigger and is equipped with a manual safety.
The integrally compensated ROSE-stylized slide is designed to reduce muzzle rise and improve control during rapid follow-up shots. The pistol features a carbon steel barrel measuring 94 mm (3.7"), paired with a stainless steel slide finished in durable Nitron®. Installed from the factory is the ROMEO-RS Compact red dot optic with a 3 MOA dot, featuring a hybrid construction with a skeletonized steel chassis molded into a high-strength polymer housing. The optic incorporates a distortion-free aspheric lens, eight brightness settings, and up to 20,000 hours of battery life. The platform utilizes the Shield RMSc footprint for optic compatibility.
The polymer grip module features exclusive ROSE laser engraving, complemented by matte Rose Gold colored controls and suppressor-height XRAY3 Day/Night sights, allowing co-witness use with the installed optic. The pistol remains compatible with standard P365-XL holsters and includes a SIG Rail accessory interface for mounting lights or lasers. Two 12-round steel magazines are supplied as standard.
The package also includes a lockable Vaultek Lifepod pistol safe, dummy training rounds, and access to the ROSE online educational system with training videos and a dedicated support community.
