The CZ Shadow 2 represents the next generation of the legendary CZ 75 SP-01 Shadow. The weapon was developed in cooperation with elite IPSC shooters of the Ceska zbrojovka team to significantly contribute to the speed and accuracy of shooting during the competition. Using the most modern production equipment, a pistol that further pushes the boundaries of IPSC sports shooting was born.
Speed
The modernization of all main parts of the weapon: the slide and frame, in conjunction with the barrel extension, allows for faster and more dynamic shooting. The shape of the frame helps to provide a more comfortable, higher grip towards the axis of the barrel, and the new checkering ensures absolutely reliable contact with the weapon in all circumstances. The increase in weight on the front of the frame and slide leads to compensation and a gentle course of recoil. Innovative trigger mechanism has a smoother operation, lower resistance and a shortened trigger reset. The magazine catch is more accessible and adjustable in three positions, making reloading safer and faster even when shooter is moving.
Accuracy
The extended barrel to 125 mm, longer aiming and new height-adjustable sights increase the accuracy of the weapon as a whole. The highly precise and fully automated technology for manufacturing other main parts on robotic machining centers without manual labor contributes to the workmanship quality. The Arcor surface finish inspired by service models guarantees high resistance to corrosion, weather conditions and mechanical damage.
Customization
Every shooter is unique person. That is why a wide range of sports and custom accessories are available. During testing, hundreds of thousands of rounds were fired in real competition conditions. Under the same conditions, in individual IPSC situations, CZ Shooting Team shooters achieved acceleration in the order of seconds compared to the first Shadow model. The ideas and suggestions of the best IPSC shooters on the planet were at the heart of the project. At the end of more than two years of research and development, a new, unique weapon and the rightful successor to the original model, the CZ Shadow 2, is ready to race.
