The Walther Q5 Match "Combo" pistol in 9x19 caliber is based on the popular Q5 Match variant in 9x19 caliber. In the Q5 Match Combo model, the collimator is installed directly into the bed milled in the upper surface of the slide.

The Walther Q5 Match "Combo" pistol is based on the popular Q5 Match variant, which allows the installation of a red dot sight using various adapter plates for specific types of optics. In the Q5 Match Combo model, the red dot sight is mounted directly into a milled recess on the top surface of the slide, allowing for a significantly lower mounting position.

This offers two main advantages: a more natural aiming experience for shooters accustomed to iron sights, and the continued usability of standard mechanical sights—thanks to the low profile of the red dot, they remain visible through the optic. The red dot sight can of course be removed, and the recess can be covered with a protective plate included in the package.

As with other pistols in the Q4 and Q5 series, the Q5 Match Combo uses the standard polymer frame from the PPQ M2 line, ensuring easy availability of accessories and spare parts.
